Incorrect : Have you Weight yourself lately? 


Correct : Have you weighed yourself lately?


Incorrect : His weigh is sixty kilos. 


Correct : His weight is sixty kilos.


Note : Weigh is a verb whose past and past participle form is weighed. Weight is a noun. It can also be used as a verb. For example, Fishing nets are weighted. Weight as a verb means “to put a weight on or add something heavy to’.
