Bruise
A bruise is an area of skin discoloration. A bruise occurs when small blood vessels break and leak their contents into the soft tissue beneath the skin.

1. Ice Pack:
Apply ice pack on the bruised area. This will numb the whole area and you won’t feel pain for several minutes.
2. Vitamin K:
Eat more foods rich in vitamin K, such as alfalfa, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, kale, and other green leafy vegetables.
3. Parsley:
Take fresh parsley and crush it. Apply it on the bruised area. This will make the bruise go away faster.
4. Bromelain:
Take a bromelain supplement (250 to 400 mg, three times a day) until the bruise clears.
5. Cayenne Pepper & Vaseline:
Take 1 part of cayenne pepper and 5 parts of melted Vaseline. Mix it well and apply it on the bruise (Vaseline mixture should be cold).
6. Other remedies:
Egg rolling, pineapple, herbal tea compress, arnica, garlic, vanilla.
