Home remedy and natural treatment of Bronchitis

Bronchitis Bronchitis is inflammation of the bronchi (large and medium-sized airways) in the lungs. Symptoms include coughing up mucus, wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest discomfort. Bronchitis is divided into two types: acute and chronic. Acute bronchitis is also known as a chest cold. ❄ Chest pain or tightening of chest ❄ complications in breathing ❄ Coughing with mucous ❄ Fever ❄ Muscle ache ❄ Nasal congestion ❄ Tiredness ❄ Allergy ❄ Infections ❄ Cough and cold ❄ Changes in the atmosphere ❄ Smoking ❄ Dusty air or fog ❄ Pollution 1. Turmeric: Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk. Stir it well and boil for some time. Drink the hot mixture twice or thrice a day. For faster results, do this on an empty stomach. 2. Ginger: Combine one teaspoon each of ginger powder, pepper, and cloves. Take it three times a day with honey or milk. 3. Garlic: Take three garlic cloves. Peel and chop them. Put them in a glass of milk and boil it. Drink it at night before going to bed. 4. Lemon: Boil a lemon wedge. Strain the water in a cup and drink it. 5. Honey: Adding one teaspoon of honey to your regular cup of tea will help a lot when suffering from bronchitis. 6. Onion: Simply eat one teaspoon of raw onion juice every morning on an empty stomach.
