Incorrect : Where is my glass/spectacle? 


Correct . Where are my glasses/spectacles?


Incorrect . He bought a new glass. 


Correct : He bought a new pair of glasses.


Note: Spectacles is a formal word. In everyday English, we always use glasses. You can also say specs in informal English. A glass means a container for drinking from. For example, A glass of water.
