Correct : Put on your school clothes.
Note: When you talk about garments such as trousers, shirts, dresses etc., you should always use the plural form 'clothes’. Cloth means material which is used for making clothes or garments. You can say:
How much is a yard of this cloth/material?
Clean the windows with a damp cloth.
You can also say:
They sell different kinds of cloths.
