To and Till
Incorrect : We walked till the river bank.
Correct : We walked to the river bank.
Incorrect : I shall stay here to 7 o'clock.
Correct : I shall stay here till 7 o'clock.
Note: "To" is used with distance, and “till" with time. In the second correct sentence, “till' can be replaced by “until”.
