Many and Much
Incorrect : He does not have much friends.
Correct : He does not have many friends.
Incorrect: I don't have many money.
Correct : I don't have much money.
Note: "Many" is used before plural countable nouns and “much' before uncountable nouns. Both these determiners are usually used in negative and interrogative sentences. In affirmative statements, they are generally replaced by "a lot of'. You can say:
He has a lot of friends.
He has a lot of money.
