More specific adverbials come first
Incorrect : He came here in the morning at 8 o'clock.
Correct: He came here at 8 o’clock in the morning.
Incorrect: Alan was born in the year 1999 on 9 February.
Correct: Alan was born on 9 February in the year 1999.
Note: If you have to use more than one time adverbial in a sentence, you should use the more specific one first.
