Correct : Let's go to the cinema tonight.
Note: "Cinema" here means "a theatre in which films are shown. The American term for "cinema' is "movie theater". When you talk about visiting a cinema or movie theater to watch a film, you should use "the" before it. But you can say:
There is a cinema in this town.
