Home remedy and natural treatment of Bedwetting

Bedwetting (Enuresis) Bedwetting, or nocturnal enuresis, refers to the unintentional passage of urine during sleep. Enuresis is the medical term for wetting, whether in the clothing during the day or in bed at night. Another name for enuresis is urinary incontinence. For infants and young children, urination is involuntary. Wetting is normal for them. Most children achieve some degree of bladder control by 4 years of age. Cinnamon: Cinnamon powder is one of the most effective ways that can make your child stop wetting the bed at night. Have your child chew a piece of cinnamon stick thoroughly once a day. 2. Indian Gooseberries (amla): Crush gooseberries and pour some honey over them and sprinkle a pinch of turmeric. Serve it in breakfast to your child. 3. Massage with Olive Oil: Heat some olive oil and gently rub it on the lower abdomen of your child, massaging gently over and around the lower abdomen. 4. Cranberry Juice: Cranberry juice is good for the bladder and urinary tract. Although most liquids should be avoided soon before bed, you can give your child a cup of fresh cranberry juice one hour before going to bed. 5. Walnuts and Raisins: Give your child two walnuts and five raisins before going to bed. 6. Honey: Give a tablespoon of honey to your child, every night. You can even put a tablespoon of honey in his/her glass of milk, instead of sugar, to cure the ailment. 7. Apple Cider Vinegar : Put some apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and make your child consume that water at least 3 times a day.
