Incorrect . The building is 60 feet tall.
Correct . The building is 60 feet high.
Incorrect . He is six feet high.
Correct : He is six feet tall.
Note: "High" is used of trees, buildings or mountains and ‘tall’ is used of persons. However, you should say:
His height is six feet.
