Incorrect : The noise interferes in my studies. 


Correct : The noise interferes with my studies.


Incorrect : Don't interfere with my affairs. 


Correct : Don't interfere in my affairs.


Note: “To interfere with' means to be an obstacle to, whereas "to interfere in’ means to take part in other people's affair without any right.
