Common errors in English: usage of pleased To/for.

Pleased

Incorrect : He was pleased to/at me. 

Correct : He was pleased with me.

Incorrect : Are you pleased for your car? 

Correct : Are you pleased with your car?

Incorrect : I am pleased for his politeness.

Correct : I am pleased at/with his politeness. 

Note: ‘Pleased’ may be followed by 'at/with’ when an abstract noun follows.
