Incorrect: I shall go there the other day.
Correct : I shall go there some day/one day.
Note: "Some day' or “one day' means "at some time in the future' but "the other day' means “in the recent past'. So the phrase "the other day' cannot be used with a future tense.
You can say:
I saw him the other day.
